Shipping Policy

All Gracie's Garden pieces are handmade to order — your sign is made just for you after you place your order, so please allow 14 business days for production before it ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the Continental United States only. We're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Larger pieces, including our "leaner" signs, may cost more to ship due to their size — this is reflected automatically in your shipping total at checkout.

Processing & delivery time
Once your order is placed, please allow 14 business days for us to handcraft your piece. After it ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Damaged or lost items
We carefully package every order, but if your piece arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us right away with photos of the item and the shipping box. Because our pieces are handmade to order, replacements are produced after a shipping carrier insurance claim has been filed and approved.
